Reservations
We take reservations online or over the phone at (629) 207-0697

Please note that we require a reservation for all courses. 

Though we can take reservations with only 24 hours notice, it is best to reserve sooner since courses can fill up fast. We will do our very best to accommodate last-minute reservations and last-minute reservation changes. We take reservations up to 1 year in advance. Please note that weekends tend to fill up quickly, so it is advisable to make reservations for weekends at least 2 weeks in advance when possible.

Cancellations & Reservation Changes

We understand plans can change, and we will work with you to update your reservations if something comes up. However, you MUST inform RRCG of ANY changes to your plans ASAP, including changes in the number of participants, health and medical concerns, if you are going to be late, or if you need to change dates. We will accommodate changes depending on availability.

In the rare event that RRCG needs to cancel, we will issue a full refund, minus processing fees, if rescheduling is not an option. We are not responsible for cancellation fees owed to RRCG due to a change or cancellation in your flight plans, lodging, or any other accommodations if proper notice is not given.

There will be a $40 fee and a card processing fee for any cancellations  within 48 hours of the scheduled course unless otherwise specified by management. This does not apply if the course is being rescheduled.

In the event of a no call/no show the client is responsible for 100% of the course’s total fee.
